Griffis/Blessing Selected to Manage 227-Unit The Foundry at Pueblo Apartment Community Located in The Heart of Pueblo, Colorado

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - Griffis/Blessing, Inc. has been selected by new ownership to manage Skyview Apartments in Pueblo. The community will be undergoing a rebranding and repositioning as The Foundry at Pueblo, where they aren’t just changing the name but reimagining what it means to live in the heart of Pueblo.

The community offers 227 one- and two-bedroom units and one three-bedroom floor plan. The apartments feature all-electric kitchens, ceiling fans, carpeted bedrooms, and wood-vinyl plank flooring in the living areas. The interior renovations are designed to strike a balance between comfort and contemporary style.

The repositioning includes creating a social hub with a new amenity package designed to keep residents active, relaxed, and connected. Plans include updating the clubhouse to offer a state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor social spaces, as well as adding a swimming pool and revitalizing outdoor gathering areas.

"Our team excels at navigating the complexities of rebranding and repositioning, and we are thrilled to apply that expertise to The Foundry at Pueblo," says Carmen Azzopardi, CPM®, Vice President of Multifamily Services. "We pride ourselves on having boots on the ground from day one to ensure a seamless transition for both ownership and residents. By executing our strategic vision immediately, we can effectively bridge the gap between the property’s current state and its future as a premier living destination."
