The community will be undergoing a rebranding and repositioning as The Foundry at Pueblo, where they aren’t just changing the name but reimagining what it means to live in the heart of Pueblo.
The community offers 227 one- and two-bedroom units and one three-bedroom floor plan. The repositioning includes creating a social hub with a new amenity package designed to keep residents active, relaxed, and connected. Plans include updating the clubhouse to offer a state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor social spaces, as well as adding a swimming pool and revitalizing outdoor gathering areas.
