In Pineville, North Carolina, RKW was selected to manage ABODE at Miller Farm, a 98-unit build-to-rent townhome community owned by Edgewater Ventures. The community features spacious three-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,590 to 2,288 square feet, designed for low-maintenance living, with lawn care and 24/7 maintenance included. Located just three minutes from downtown Pineville and near local dining, shopping and everyday conveniences, ABODE at Miller Farm will also offer amenities such as a resort-style pool, putting green, pickleball court and playground.
RKW is also expanding its relationship with Quadrant Communities through the management of two 240-unit multifamily properties operating under The Edison brand.
The Edison at the Shores, located in Foley, Alabama, offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes just minutes from the Gulf Coast, with in-unit washers and dryers, stainless-steel appliances, open-concept layouts and a full suite of resort-style amenities.
Additionally, RKW will oversee The Edison at Colonnade Crossing in Oxford, Mississippi, a community featuring similarly designed residences and amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, pickleball court and resort-style pool, delivering a modern and elevated living experience.
