MIAMI, FL - GAIA Real Estate, a leading full-service real estate investment firm, proudly appoints Samantha Fields as Director of Investment Relations, further strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it expands its presence across South Florida and the broader Sunbelt.
Fields brings extensive experience working with institutional investors worldwide, including public pensions, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and investment consultants. In her new role, she will lead GAIA’s capital raising and investor relations initiatives, supporting the firm’s continued growth and long-term investment strategy.
“Samantha’s expertise and leadership come at a pivotal moment for GAIA,” said Danny Fishman, CEO, GAIA Real Estate. “Her disciplined approach will play an instrumental role in strengthening our institutional relationships and building on our recent strategic milestones. She aligns seamlessly with the firm’s disciplined investment philosophy as we continue to pursue targeted portfolio expansion and operational excellence.”
Fields offers a broad, cross-strategy perspective on alternative investments and a strong track record of building and maintaining long-term institutional partnerships. Prior to joining GAIA, she held senior investor relations and fundraising roles at The Carlyle Group, The Riverside Company, and Peakhill Capital. Across these platforms, she supported limited partner engagement and capital formation efforts spanning private equity, private credit, venture capital, and structured finance. Earlier in her career, she gained foundational experience at Ares Management, Wellington Management, and EY, supporting institutional investment, research, and advisory initiatives. Fields holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with honors, from Wake Forest University.
“GAIA has built a compelling investment platform defined by disciplined execution and its history of strong investment outcomes, and I’m excited to join the firm at a pivotal point in the firm’s evolution,” said Fields. “I look forward to driving growth of the platform as we work with our sophisticated investor base and pursue opportunities that deliver durable, risk-adjusted returns.
