Multifamily Innovation® Council Expands Education-Based Webinars, Company Profiles, and Learning Platform Ahead of 2026 Summit

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - The Multifamily Innovation® Council announced today the expansion of its education-based webinar program as part of a broader platform designed to elevate leadership, innovation, and execution across the multifamily industry.

The expanded program supports the Council’s programming leading into the Multifamily Summit for Investment, Innovation & AI, and reflects a continued shift toward education-led engagement, authority-based partnerships, and long-term value creation for investors, owners, and operators.

Unlike traditional sponsor webinars or promotional demo presentations, the Multifamily Innovation® Council webinar series is intentionally curated around education, practical problem-solving, and real-world application. Each session addresses challenges that materially impact multifamily performance, including investment execution, operational efficiency, risk and compliance, leadership alignment, AI and technology adoption, and enterprise value creation.

“Our focus is on raising the level of learning and leadership across the industry,” said Patrick Antrim, Chairman of the Multifamily Innovation® Council. “We are creating platforms where experts can teach, operators can learn, and decisions can improve. Education builds trust, and trust changes how business gets done.”

A National Education and Authority Platform

Each webinar is fully produced, marketed, and distributed by the Council to a national multifamily audience, extending well beyond Summit attendees. Sessions feature professionally facilitated discussions, live audience engagement, and real-time Q&A, followed by on-demand access.

For participating partners, the program includes:

  • A professionally produced educational webinar designed to transfer expertise rather than promote products
  • Press release coverage distributed to more than 1.1 million monthly viewers, with sponsor attribution
  • A long-form recap article published on the Council’s platform, positioning the partner as a subject-matter expert and including high-authority backlinks
  • On-demand webinar access used for pipeline education, prospect nurturing, and customer engagement
  • Distribution across the Council’s LinkedIn channels and podcast network
  • Captioned short-form video clips created from key moments to support ongoing, evergreen visibility

Webinars are available on demand in the Multifamily Innovation® Council members area, providing continued educational value before, during, and after the Summit. For Summit sponsors, webinar content is also featured within the Summit event app.

Industry Validation from Participating Experts

The education-first structure of the program has resonated strongly with participating experts and operators.

“What resonated most about this webinar was the intentionality behind the content. It wasn't a sales pitch; it was a genuine educational forum. It allowed us to explore and discuss how operators can navigate the complexities of security deposit legislation while considering risk, compliance, and the resident experience holistically. The session effectively highlighted our expertise before an engaged national audience already asking the right questions.”

Premium Company Profiles and Digital Authority

As part of the expanded platform, participating sponsors are featured through Premium Company Profiles on the Multifamily Innovation® Council website, reimagining traditional industry recognition lists with a more transparent, data-rich, and interactive format.

With more than 53 company profiles live, the majority representing leading multifamily real estate organizations, the platform provides asset managers, operators, and partners with a deeper look into companies beyond logos or rankings.

Premium Company Profiles allow organizations to:

  • Showcase portfolios with interactive maps and performance metrics
  • Highlight leadership teams and company timelines
  • Share awards, recognitions, and key achievements
  • Communicate mission, vision, and company culture
  • Publish company news and announcements
  • Capture inbound inquiries through built-in lead generation tools

For Summit sponsors, webinar content is hosted directly on the company profile for one year, creating a persistent authority asset that continues delivering value long after the live event.

Graduate-Level Learning Through TAICOE™ and CCML

The expanded webinar program also integrates with the Council’s graduate-level education ecosystem housed within the Technology & AI Center of Excellence (TAICOE™).

TAICOE™ is dedicated to expanding AI literacy and equipping leaders to navigate transformation responsibly and effectively. Through this initiative, Council members can earn the Certified Change Management Leader (CCML) designation beginning in 2026.

Council partners may also contribute educational content within TAICOE™ programs, delivering on-demand thought leadership to members without operating inside a sales environment. This approach allows expertise to lead, value to be demonstrated, and relationships to form organically between partners and operators.

Participation and Availability

Participation in the webinar program and related educational initiatives is by invitation and application only and is limited to current Multifamily Summit sponsors. Topics are reviewed and approved to ensure alignment with investor and operator priorities and to maintain a high standard of educational value.

Select partners may also be invited to participate in on-stage case study sessions at the Summit, including Business Impact – Proof over Promise: Case Studies from the Field, where organizations with verified results share how applied innovation, leadership alignment, and operational redesign are producing measurable outcomes across multifamily businesses.

The expanded education platform reflects the Council’s long-term commitment to leadership development, execution-focused learning, and responsible innovation across the multifamily ecosystem.
