Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm Essex Realty Group Announces Promotion of Matt Feo from Managing Director to Partner

CHICAGO, IL - Essex Realty Group, LLC, a Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced the promotion of Matt Feo to Partner.

Matt joined Essex in 2017 as an intern and has steadily advanced within the organization, most recently serving as Managing Director. During his tenure, he has become a key contributor to the firm’s multifamily investment sales platform, advising owners and investors across Chicago’s North Side on portfolio strategy, valuations, acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchanges.

Over his career, Matt has been involved in the execution of more than $320 million in multifamily investment real estate transactions and 1,500+ units. His consistent production, market knowledge, and long-standing client relationships have helped establish him as a leading multifamily broker in Chicago.

Matt earned his B.S. in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing from Marquette University’s College of Business. He joins the Essex Realty Group partnership alongside Brian Kochendorfer, Doug Imber, Jim Darrow, Steve Livaditis, Jordan Gottlieb, Kate Varde, and Brian Karmowski.
