NEW YORK, NY - American Landmark Apartments (“American Landmark”), one of the nation’s fastest-growing multifamily owner-operators, announces the promotion of Siara Rodriguez-Mirabel to Vice President of Capital Markets. In this role, she will support the New York-based team’s activities for institutional fundraising and solidifying investor engagement.
“I’m excited to step into the role of Vice President of Capital Markets at such a pivotal time for multifamily,” said Rodriguez-Mirabel. “With stabilizing cap rates and interest rates and renewed investor interest, the industry is entering a new cycle where operator experience and investment discipline matter more than ever. I believe the next 2 to 3 years will bring interesting acquisition opportunities and a chance for the strongest managers to differentiate themselves as truly hands-on operators. As such, I’m excited to be part of the American Landmark team during this time and to have the opportunity to continue supporting the firm’s growth.”
Since joining the company in 2021, Rodriguez-Mirabel has played a key role in the success of American Landmark’s fourth fundraise, which exceeded its $975 million target by closing just over $1 billion.
Rodriguez-Mirabel will continue to support the firm’s fundraising initiatives and investor relations efforts, helping to drive American Landmark’s growth while strengthening its relationships with limited partners (LPs). She is also an active member of the firm’s ESG Taskforce, contributing to the company’s environmental and social initiatives with a focus on transparency, accountability, and long-term value creation.
“Siara has been an invaluable part of our Capital Markets team since day one,” said Joe Lubeck, CEO of American Landmark. “Her combination of analytical expertise, relationship-driven strategy, and commitment to sustainability and inclusion has made a real impact on our growth. This promotion reflects her leadership and contributions to the company’s continued success.”
Rodriguez-Mirabel brings extensive experience in finance and capital markets. Prior to joining American Landmark, she spent six years as a New York–based Registered Investment Advisor with $2 billion in assets under management and worked with several multi-billion-dollar private equity firms as a financial modeling specialist. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from New Jersey City University and is committed to expanding representation and elevating diverse voices in real estate finance. Outside of work, she serves as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the Jersey City Theater Center, advocating arts accessibility and cultural programming.
The promotion comes at a pivotal time for American Landmark as the firm prepares to capitalize on opportunities in multifamily in 2026. As resident retention persists, coupled with fewer units coming online, the firm is strengthening its leadership team to broaden capital relationships and scale its portfolio across high-growth markets with strong fundamentals throughout the Sun Belt.
