ROSEMONT, IL - McShane Construction Company was selected by Continental Properties to build Springs at Port Wentworth, a 252-unit apartment community in Port Wentworth, Georgia. This marks McShane’s 24th project with Continental Properties.

Positioned on a 20-acre site at the southwest corner of Highway 21 and Rice Mill Road, the community will integrate one two-story and six three-story garden-style apartment buildings with Hardie panel exteriors. The development offers modern living in a natural setting, with expansive green spaces and woods surrounding the property.

Completion of Springs at Port Wentworth is expected for May 2027. The Preston Partnership is the architect of record.
