RMK Management Named Property Manager of 818 N. Wolcott Rental Community in Chicago’s East Village West Town Neighborhood

CHICAGO, IL - RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been named property manager for 818 N. Wolcott, a boutique 20-unit rental community in Chicago’s East Village/West Town neighborhood. Completed in 2023, the property is the redevelopment of an existing foundry building, with a new addition expanding its original footprint.
