It offers a diverse mix of one, two and three-bedroom floor plans, with finishes and amenities often found at high-end condominium buildings.
Bainbridge also reached 25% leased at Bainbridge The Grand.
Located at 5905 Caravan Ct. – at the doorstep of Universal Studios, the 390-unit Bainbridge The Grand’s high-end apartments look and feel like homes, with luxurious and livable indoor and outdoor spaces. Like Bainbridge Sand Lake, Bainbridge The Grand’s one, two and three-bedroom apartments feature designer LED light fixtures; hardwood, plank-style flooring and kitchen islands with pendant lighting. Community amenities also resemble those found in Bainbridge Sand Lake, from the 24-hour fitness center with TRX machines and spin bikes to the resort saltwater pool and expansive resident clubhouse.
