Kiser Group Expands Team with Four New Team Members to Strengthen The Firm’s Multifamily and Seniors Housing Sales Divisions

CHICAGO, IL - Kiser Group, a leading Midwest multifamily brokerage firm, is excited to welcome four new team members: Sean Mangan, Will Sprinkman, Sam Harvey, and Ethan Stratman. These strategic hires strengthen the firm’s multifamily and seniors housing investment sales divisions while advancing its mission of client-first advisory.

Sean Mangan joins as an Associate, working alongside Senior Director Danny Logarakis on Chicago’s North Side. He focuses on property valuation, market analysis, marketing strategies, and client relationship development.

Will Sprinkman joins as an Associate with Principal and Designated Managing Broker Lee Kiser, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Chicago and the greater Midwest. His responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, and strategic advisory.

Sam Harvey joins as an Associate supporting the Birk Sklar team in multifamily brokerage operations. He contributes market data analysis, property valuation, and financial underwriting expertise, backed by strong market knowledge.

Ethan Stratman joins as an Analyst in the Seniors Housing division, working closely with Partner Mark Myers. He focuses on financial modeling, underwriting, market research, and managing key data to drive client decision-making nationwide.
