Allied Orion Group Continues Expansion Naming Mitch Maples as Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON, TX -- Allied Orion Group, LLC. has named Mitch Maples as its new Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Maples will be responsible for overseeing all financial/accounting operations for both the corporate property management and development office, as well as for the more than 25,000 units Orion manages nationwide.

Mr. Maples has more than 20 years of financial experience in a variety of industries, such as private equity, oilfield service, software, and retail.  During his career, Mr. Maples has served in the capacity of CFO, independent financial consultant, corporate controller, vice president of finance and administration, as well positions in human resources and auditing.

A native Houstonian, Mr. Maples graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Accounting.  He  subsequently earned his designation as a Certified Public Accountant.
