Two Trees Management Announces Milestone at Williamsburg’s Tallest and Fastest-Selling Residential Building - One Domino Square

BROOKLYN, NY - Two Trees Management, a family-owned, Brooklyn-based real estate development firm, today announced that One Domino Square, Williamsburg’s tallest and NYC’s fastest-selling residential building, is now 50% sold.

Since launching sales in May 2024, 80 residences at One Domino Square have closed or entered contract. Among these transactions is the record-setting sale of Penthouse 1A, which was the priciest sponsor sale in Williamsburg and Greenpoint history and the neighborhood's most expensive sale by price per square foot. The building also recently surpassed $200 million in sales and has recorded more signed contracts in the last 12 months than any other new development citywide.

“Surpassing 50% sold reflects the incredible response we’ve seen from buyers, who found a home that combines quality design, expansive views, and unmatched amenities,” said Aaron Goed, Sales Director at One Domino Square. “One Domino Square's sales velocity demonstrates the appeal of Domino Park and the surrounding neighborhood as one of New York City’s most vibrant and desirable destinations.”

Designed inside and out by renowned architect Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects, the striking pearlescent building features an iridescent porcelain façade that reflects the waterfront and natural light throughout the day, creating a dynamic, ever-changing presence on the New York City skyline. Inside, thoughtful open-plan interiors come to life with high-quality finishes, modern conveniences, and exceptional craftsmanship. Kitchens boast Caesarstone countertops, high-end Bosch appliances, and in most homes, spacious islands with a breakfast bar. Ceiling heights reach 11 feet, while expansive windows frame picturesque views of the Manhattan skyline and waterfront, with select homes offering panoramic vistas of all five New York City boroughs.

One Domino Square is home to 45,000 square feet and five floors of state-of-the-art amenities designed for socializing, entertaining, and wellness, including an extensive aquatics center, resident lounges, a media room, a children’s playroom, a private dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and a BBQ grilling terrace. The aquatics include an indoor swimming pool and spa, cold plunge, hot tub, steam room, and sauna, as well as a heated outdoor pool overlooking Manhattan to rejuvenate the mind and body in a setting unlike anywhere else in New York City. Renters and owners also conveniently live right above Domino Park and Domino Square, which is programmed throughout the year and transforms into a waterfront ice skating rink in the winter months.

Select residences available for purchase include residence 5A, priced at $1.995 million, residence 28D, priced at $2.54 million, Penthouse 1C,  priced at $5.95 million, and Penthouse 3A, priced at $7 million. The building’s rental tower is now fully leased.

Two Trees’ in-house team exclusively handles marketing, leasing, and sales for the building. For more information on the condominiums at One Domino Square, please visit www.onedominosquare.com or @onedominosquare.
