The Breeden Company Announces Start of Construction on Phase II of 216-Unit Hunter’s Mill Apartment Community in Virginia Beach

RICHMOND, VA - The Breeden Company, the nationally recognized Virginia Beach-based real estate development firm, today announced they have started construction on phase 2 of Hunter’s Mill Apartments in Virginia Beach, VA. Breeden Construction has been awarded the contract to serve as the general contractor.

The phase 2 development includes two new buildings with 36 new apartment units located at 397 Brixton Drive as part of Hunter’s Mill Apartments. The total unit count, once complete, will be 216 units. The first apartment units are expected to be completed by January 2025.

The Breeden Company completed construction on Hunters Mill Phase 1 in 1986, which included 180 units and is fully leased.

Preleasing of Phase 2 is expected to be available in November.
