The Dinerstein Companies Sets Sights on Accelerating Growth and Expansion Through Strategic Leadership Appointments

HOUSTON, TX - The Dinerstein Companies (TDC), a full-service real estate and development company, today announced strategic enhancements to its leadership team, positioning the company for accelerated growth and expansion. 

Effective immediately, Clay Hicks assumes the role of Chief Administrative Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise and vision to the executive suite. In his role, Hicks will spearhead efforts to streamline operations and ensure alignment across TDC's five company divisions. With a focus on optimizing performance and pursuing strategic initiatives, Hicks will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving organizational objectives.

Hicks brings extensive industry experience to his new position, having joined TDC in 2015 as President of Apartment Management where he focused on culture and customer experience to lead TDC Management into the industry leading and award-winning company it is today. Throughout his career, Hicks has been actively involved in industry associations as President of both the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and the Houston Apartment Association (HAA), where he played instrumental roles in driving key legislative initiatives and fostering positive industry reforms. 

Additionally, The Dinerstein Companies is pleased to elevate Aryne Bailey and Crystal Jackson to the positions of Executive Vice Presidents of TDC Management Company. Together, Bailey and Jackson will jointly oversee the day-to-day operations of TDC's diverse portfolio across the country, with Bailey focusing on student housing and Jackson on conventional and build-to-rent properties.

Proven leaders in the student and conventional space, Bailey and Jackson have been integral to success and growth of the management company during their time as influential leaders within TDC. Bringing together their two leadership styles to lead together will further drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency spanning the residential lifespan from student housing to conventional and build-to-rent housing.
