The Atlantic Club Luxury Residences Tap Christie’s International Real Estate Group for Sales and Marketing on The Jersey Shore

NEW YORK, NY - The Atlantic Club, a new oceanfront luxury condominium high rise that puts art at the forefront of the residential experience, is pleased to announce that it will be working with Christie's International Real Estate Group and Reuveni Development Marketing to market the project. The project features 132 one-to-five-bedroom luxury condominium residences with two spectacular penthouses. Residences will range from 993 to 4,246 square feet with prices ranging from $1.12 million to more than $5.95 million. Sales have recently launched amid exceedingly high demand.

Reuveni, who was originally tapped to lead sales for the project in New York State, has known Stillman for years and introduced him to the Christie’s brand.  Reuveni recently entered into a partnership with Christies International Real Estate Group, as part of which they are jointly marketing new developments.

To help create this elevated experience, Stillman selected Cristina Grajales, owner of the famed Cristina Grajales Gallery in TriBeCa, to create a gallery aesthetic throughout the development. Grajales also engaged Christophe Côme, a renowned French glass sculptor whose work is featured in Chanel stores around the world, and the Hechizoo atelier’s Jorge Lizarazo, one of the world’s leading textile and tapestry artists, to create new works commissioned specifically for the property. The over 3,000-square foot lobby is the crown jewel of The Atlantic Club’s art experience, setting the stage for residents and guests alike. The marquee entrance rises to a height of 18 feet and nine inches, and features soaring, tailored glass and textile installations inspired by the ocean’s sense of fluidity and dynamism.  

The residences themselves feature spacious layouts and expansive balconies or terraces that invite the oceanscape into the home. The views and sense of openness are complemented by ceiling heights of nine feet and six inches and white oak-style flooring in the great rooms and bedrooms, as well as Water Street Brass Hardware and recessed lighting throughout. The kitchen islands are ideal for entertaining, with imported porcelain countertops and waterfall-style surroundings.
