RICHMOND, VA - Breeden Construction is proud to announce the construction completion of the Center West Phase II in Midlothian, Virginia. The project was completed for developers Castle Development Group, while Breeden Construction served as general contractor.
The $39 million project began in November 2021, following the completion of the first phase of the community. Development included ground-up construction of five buildings, consisting of a total of 252 garden-style apartments. Homes are outfitted with stainless-steel appliances and LVT flooring. The exterior of the community is a blend of Hardie siding and brick veneer.
