MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Fritz Waldvogel out of the Colliers Mortgage Dallas, Texas office has closed a Fannie Mae loan for a repeat client for the refinance of Flats at Van Alstyne located in Van Alstyne, Texas.

Community amenities at the pet-friendly property feature a resort style pool with a covered pavilion and shaded sitting areas, fitness center, resident lounge with billiards, and covered parking and garages. 

The loan, arranged through a partnership with Old Capital Lending, carries a 5-year term and was arranged for borrower, MPT Texas 9, LLC.
