The Atlantic Club Launches Art-Inspired Luxury Beachfront Dual High-Rise Condominium Residences on The Iconic Jersey Shore

LONG BRANCH, NJ - 390 Ocean Owner LLC is pleased to announce The Atlantic Club, a new oceanfront luxury high-rise that puts art at the forefront of the residential experience. Located at 390 Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, New Jersey, The Atlantic Club’s dual high-rises surround a coastal oasis that brings an elevated level of art and design unprecedented for the local market.

The project features 132 one-to-five-bedroom luxury condominium residences with two spectacular penthouses. The collection of homes will include spacious, sun-lit layouts and expansive balconies and terraces, with many offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Residences will range from 993 to 4,246 square feet with prices ranging from $1.12 million to more than $5.95 million. Sales have recently launched and there is already exceedingly high demand.

Owners from Stillman Development International, LLC, Surrey Equities, and Gotham City Real Estate form the ownership team of 390 Ocean Owner LLC, bringing together deep expertise with successful luxury properties in highly sought-after markets. Drawing from his own extensive art and development experience in New York and Florida, Stillman Development International, LLC President Roy Stillman worked closely with world-class artists, curators, and designers to deliver an unparalleled concept to the Shore with The Atlantic Club.

Stillman selected Cristina Grajales, owner of the famed Cristina Grajales Gallery in TriBeCa, to create a gallery aesthetic throughout the development. Grajales also engaged Christophe Côme, a renowned French glass sculptor whose work is featured in Chanel stores around the world, and the Hechizoo atelier’s Jorge Lizarazo, one of the world’s leading textile and tapestry artists, to create new works commissioned specifically for the property. Shore Point Architecture is leading the overall design to create an indoor-outdoor experience that marries beach charm with urban sophistication.

“Our vision for The Atlantic Club is to bring a meticulously crafted residential enclave: an art ecosystem inspired by beach serenity and charm, but with an urbane sense of style and elegance,” said Stillman. "The Jersey Shore was America’s first fully developed coastline and The Atlantic Club harkens back to the golden age of the Shore and is on par with the very best of world-class coastal living.”

The over 3,000-square foot lobby is the crown jewel of The Atlantic Club’s art experience, setting the stage for residents and guests alike. The marquee entrance rises to a height of 18 feet and 9 inches, and features soaring, tailored glass and textile installations inspired by the ocean’s sense of fluidity and dynamism.

The residences themselves feature spacious layouts and expansive balconies or terraces that invite the oceanscape into the home. The views and sense of openness are complemented by ceiling heights up to nine feet and white oak-style flooring in the great rooms and bedrooms, as well as Water Street Brass Hardware and recessed lighting throughout. The kitchen islands are ideal for entertaining, with imported porcelain countertops and waterfall-style surroundings. Kitchens also incorporate custom cabinetry and a state-of-the-art integrated appliance suite, including: Wolf gas cooktops, professional-grade vented hoods, built-in ovens, and drawer microwaves; Cove dishwashers; and Sub-Zero refrigerators, as well as Sub-Zero wine storage and beverage centers in select units. Bathrooms are similarly well-appointed, with custom vanities with Watermark polished chrome fittings and accessories, Kohler fixtures, and floors and showers clad in imported, large-format porcelain tiles. Each home has individual washers and vented dryers.

The building’s extensive collection of amenities spans more than 75,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor offerings for the ultimate in wellness and entertainment. Residents can enjoy the expansive pool deck with sunbeds, fire pits, and barbecue grills; a fitness center with dedicated studios for spinning, cardio, yoga, and weight training; a full business center; a game room with billiards and poker; a dedicated virtual reality room and sports simulator; a cinema; a pet spa; and a charming children’s playroom.

“The Atlantic Club brings a new level of luxury and investment potential for this market, and we look forward to bringing world-class amenities and a turnkey lifestyle to this private, beachfront oasis,” said Leon Silvera, Principal of Surrey Equities.

"Ocean Avenue is without a doubt one of the most prime locations on the Jersey Shore. The prominent beachfront corridor is the best homebase for residents to enjoy all the Jersey Shore has to offer, now with a very special gem at the 390 address,” said Steve Silverman, Principal of Gotham City Real Estate Services.

Long Branch is a historic Jersey Shore community with pristine beaches, less than an hour and a half drive from New York, and near popular destination such as Pier Village, the Asbury Park boardwalk, the Stone Pony, and Monmouth Park Racetrack, among many others. Perpetually in demand, the area is seeing even greater interest from luxury buyers amid an appreciating market for singular beachfront high-rise property.
