Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of 224-Unit Multifamily Community in Eastside Atlanta Neighborhood for Waypoint Residential

ATLANTA, GA - Cushman & Wakefield announced the commercial real estate services firm has arranged the sale of Spoke, a 224-unit multifamily community in Atlanta’s Eastside submarket.  

Robert Stickel, Wesley Lacefield, and Alex Brown of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Waypoint Residential in the transaction.

“The buyer acquired this Core Plus infill asset and benefits from the continued growth of Atlanta’s Eastside neighborhood. They were also attracted to a Fannie Mae loan assumption and tax abatement to bolster cash flow in the near term,” said Stickel, Executive Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield.
