Colliers Mortgage Closes $13.3 Million Fannie Mae Conventional Loan for Arcadia Pointe Apartment Community in Las Vegas

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Phoenix team of Colliers Mortgage, led by Luke Donahue, recently funded a Fannie Mae $13,361,000 conventional loan for the refinancing of Arcadia Pointe Apartments located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Current amenities for the property include an outdoor clubhouse, resort style pool and spa, fitness center and game room.  

The fixed rate 10-year full-term interest only non-recourse loan was arranged for repeat clients CALCAP Real Estate Advisors.  The cash out refinance loan enabled the borrower to repatriate all the investor equity post repositioning and stabilization of the building.
