Continental Properties Breaks Ground on 320-Unit Springs at Lockport Premium Apartment Community in Chicago Submarket of Lockport

LOCKPORT, IL - Continental Properties is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of Springs at Lockport, a gated, garden-style community offering 320 premium apartment homes, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom options with private ground-level entrances and attached garage options. The community is located at the northeast corner of 159th Street and Adelmann Drive, five miles north of Joliet and 35 miles from downtown Chicago.
