Colliers Mortgage Closes $8 Million Fannie Mae Loan for 112-Unit Skylar Pointe Apartment Community in Warner Robins, Georgia

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Zach Shope of the Colliers Mortgage Atlanta office recently closed an $8,020,000 Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Skylar Pointe Apartment Homes located in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Amenities at the 112-unit market rate property include a clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, picnic areas, and laundry facility.

The 7-year term loan features a 30-year amortization and was arranged for repeat borrower ATL21WR Owner LLC.
