WEST PALM BEACH, FL - Shoreham Capital, a privately-held real estate firm, today announced Joe Nesseler has joined the firm as Managing Director of Finance. In this role, Mr. Nesseler will lead financial strategy, investment management, capital allocation, and transaction execution. Mr. Nesseler has over 20 years of real estate experience, having executed more than $50 billion of transactions across all sectors, product types, and geographies.

Prior to joining Shoreham, Mr. Nesseler served as a Director of Real Estate Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities/Eastdil Secured, where he worked for over 14 years in their New York and Los Angeles offices. During his tenure, he provided clients with strategic advice, executed M&A transactions, and delivered capital markets solutions, including IPOs, common and preferred equity offerings, and public and private debt financings.
