The properties are next door along the Midtown Greenway trail in the Minneapolis’ Uptown neighborhood. Upon closing, Weidner merged the communities and renamed the property Inspire Apartments. The community is also less than half a mile from Weidner’s other community, Daymark Uptown Apartments, and this acquisition grows Weidner’s portfolio to 918 units in the Uptown submarket.
Inspire holds 590 units spread between three apartment buildings and three townhome buildings spanning three blocks along the Midtown Greenway.
