RentGrow Inc., a leader in resident screening solutions for the multifamily housing industry, today announced the expansion of its sales team with the addition of Christina Failla as regional sales consultant for the Midwest region, covering Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Western Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Failla will be transitioning into a role previously held by Kim Brenna, who has been promoted to the role of RentGrow's Sales Manager. "Christina is a welcome addition to the RentGrow team," said Brenna. "Christina brings broad experience in sales and marketing in the housing and apartment industry. We look forward to her being a key contributor and representative in the region."

Failla joins RentGrow with over 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to RentGrow, Failla was the director of sales for RHP Properties, a provider of manufactured home and apartment communities in Michigan. Previously, Failla was the marketing director at Chateau Communities in Michigan where she drove marketing efforts for 15 new developments across the country. Prior to that, Failla was the manager at Sterling Jewelers Inc., the largest specialty retail jeweler in the U.S. with 1,414 stores across 50 states. Failla's achievements include: RHP's recipient of Top Sales Division and Number One Sales Producer; at Chateau Communities, Failla received multiple awards, including Associate of the Year, Award of Excellence, and MHI National Marketing Contest Midwest Division.
