Kiser Group Completes 11 Multifamily Community Sale Transactions in Chicago Market in Past 45 Days

CHICAGO, IL - Kiser Group completes 11 sales in the past 45 days. Summaries and details of the transactions below:

On April 15, 2013, Kiser Group closed 16 condominium units in a seventeen unit building located in the Albany Park neighborhood at 4654 N. Monticello. Bill Baumann of Kiser Group represented the list and buy-side of the transaction.

Kiser Group closed 7516-24 N. Seeley , a 37-unit vintage courtyard apartment building located in the East Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago on April 4, 2013. Brian Semel and Lee Kiser, both of Kiser Group, represented the list-side of the transaction and Sean Connelly of Kiser Group represented the buy-side.

7200 S. Stony Island, a 24-Unit apartment building located in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago, was closed by Kiser Group on April 5, 2013. This bank owned- building was represented by Bill Baumann, Noah Birk and Lee Kiser, all of Kiser Group.

Noah Birk and Lee Kiser of Kiser Group represented the list and buy-side in the sale of 2001 W. Birchwood. This 10-unit building which sits at the corner of Birchwood and Damen in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood closed on April 3, 2013.

On March 28, 2013, Kiser Group closed a front to back 6-unit building in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago at 1304 W. Ohio. Bill Baumann and Sean Connelly of Kiser Group represented the list and buy-side of the transaction.

7628 N. Rogers, a 6-unit apartment building located in the East Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, was closed by Kiser Group on March 21, 2013. Lee Kiser and Noah Birk of Kiser Group represented the list and buy-side of the transaction.

Kiser Group Closed the sale of a 12-unit apartment building located at 371-375 Yates Avenue in Calumet City, Illinois on March 20, 2013. Brian Semel and John Meyer of Kiser Group represented the list and buy-side of the transaction.

Brian Semel and John Meyer of Kiser Group represented the list and buy-side in the sale of 634 Sibley and 1633 Harbor in Calumet City, Illinois on March 19, 2013. Both buildings were vacant at the time of sale.

On March 19, 2013, Kiser Group closed 5749 West Chicago situated in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood. The list and buy-side of this 13-unit mixed-use building was represented by Sean Connelly and Nikkitta McCoy of Kiser Group.

John Meyer of Kiser Group represented the list and buy-side in the sale of Cambridge Apartments located at 7133-35 W. 34th Street in Berwyn, Illinois.  The property, containing six large one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and a four car garage, closed on March 14, 2013.

Kiser Group closed the sale of a 6-unit building located at 2656 W. 69th in the Chicago neighborhood of Marquette Park on March 7, 2013. Mike Anguiano and Noah Birk of Kiser Group represented the list and buy-side of the transaction.
