The Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies Launch New Leasing Center for One Rangers to Accommodate High Demand for 2024 Opening

ARLINGTON, TX - The Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies are excited to unveil a new look inside One Rangers Way, the luxury residential building under construction in the Arlington Entertainment District. Beginning today, interested renters can visit the One Rangers Way Leasing Center located at Spark Arlington inside Choctaw Stadium to learn more about living opportunities within the residential community. The Leasing Center, which will be open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and weekends by appointment, allows guests the opportunity to meet with the team and view sample finishes firsthand in the Center’s model kitchen. The newly updated website,, features new renderings and a video fly through, the ability to search and view each apartment home’s floorplan, explore updated and comprehensive information about One Ranger Way’s features and amenities, as well as the ability to apply online for an apartment.

One Rangers Way will celebrate the rich history of the state of Texas and showcase a unique design and curated art collection inspired by the Texas Rangers and America’s favorite pastime. Slated to open in December 2024, One Rangers Way will create an exciting first opportunity to live steps away from Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium and AT&T Stadium.
