ARLINGTON, TX - The Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies are excited to unveil a new look inside One Rangers Way, the luxury residential building under construction in the Arlington Entertainment District. Beginning today, interested renters can visit the One Rangers Way Leasing Center located at Spark Arlington inside Choctaw Stadium to learn more about living opportunities within the residential community. The Leasing Center, which will be open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and weekends by appointment, allows guests the opportunity to meet with the team and view sample finishes firsthand in the Center’s model kitchen. The newly updated website, www.OneRangersWay.com, features new renderings and a video fly through, the ability to search and view each apartment home’s floorplan, explore updated and comprehensive information about One Ranger Way’s features and amenities, as well as the ability to apply online for an apartment.
“We are very excited to share this information today as we get one step closer to welcoming residents to One Rangers Way,” said Rob Matwick, Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the Texas Rangers. “One Rangers Way will bring an upscale residential component to an area that is already widely known as one of the fastest growing sports and entertainment destinations in the country. Its proximity to three iconic professional sports stadiums, including our home at Globe Life Field, and the forthcoming National Medal of Honor Museum will create a living experience like no other.”
One Rangers Way will celebrate the rich history of the state of Texas and showcase a unique design and curated art collection inspired by the Texas Rangers and America’s favorite pastime. Slated to open in December 2024, One Rangers Way will create an exciting first opportunity to live steps away from Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium and AT&T Stadium. Its integration with the Entertainment District and proximity to these three iconic stadiums, as well as Texas Live!, Live! by Loews, Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, the National Medal of Honor Museum and Spark Coworking, will offer a completely unique residential experience. One Rangers Way will feature high-end materials and appliances, expansive ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling windows and meet National Green Building Standard® (NGBS) certification. The 299-unit apartment community will offer a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and penthouse apartment homes, as well as a parking garage with 423 spaces.
“The excitement from interested renters since we broke ground on One Rangers Way a few months ago has been incredible and we are thrilled to be launching our leasing center and new website ahead of schedule to accommodate that demand,” said Marnie Sauls, Executive Director of Residential Management for The Cordish Companies. “We have intentionally developed a wide array of unit types and sizes from studios to penthouse apartment homes to ensure we are appealing to all types of residents from young professionals and sports fans to families. This space marries a luxury living experience with the excitement and energy of the Entertainment District, giving our residents the unique opportunity to be able to walk to Rangers and Cowboys games. It will become a best-in-class community for the region and unlike any other residential community in the country.”
