RICHMOND, VA - Breeden Construction is proud to announce the completion of a luxury apartment community in Chester, Virginia: The Station. The project was completed for the developers Schell Brothers; Breeden Construction served as the general contractor.
The $27.5 million project began in March 2021. Construction includes the development of a cluster of five apartment buildings that house 65 one-bedroom units, 126 two-bedrooms and 10 three-bedrooms. Floorplans range from 650 to 1,300 square feet. In addition to the five apartment buildings, the complex includes a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse, and amenities include a pool with cabanas, an outdoor fireplace and a grilling station.

Breeden Construction is set to break ground on several new developments in the area by late 2023.
