RMK Management Named Property Manager for Fieldpointe of Schaumburg Apartment Community in Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs

CHICAGO, IL - RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, announces it has been named property manager of Fieldpointe of Schaumburg, a 396-unit luxury rental community at 1708 Arbor Square in Schaumburg, Ill., a northwest suburb of Chicago.

Fieldpointe of Schaumburg is convenient to major transportation arteries – including Interstate 90 and Route 53, as well as Meacham, Algonquin and Golf roads – providing commuters easy access to surrounding suburbs and downtown Chicago. Residents of Fieldpointe are also near major employers based in Schaumburg along the Golf Road and Route 53 corridors, and a short distance from the mega shopping corridor that includes Ikea furniture retailer, Woodfield Mall and the surrounding retail district.

Fieldpointe comprises 12 three-story buildings and features studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts measuring 548 to 948 square feet. Rents range from $1,382 to $1,950 per month. Apartments include updated kitchens with hardwood flooring, designer cabinetry and glass and stone backsplashes, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies/patios.  

The property is pet-friendly and offers covered or garage parking, bike storage and package handling services.

Rossi noted that several capital improvement projects are scheduled for Fieldpointe in the coming months, including roof replacement as well as cosmetic updates to shared corridors.

“Our team has extensive experience overseeing operations during improvement projects, from large-scale renovations that impact nearly the entire property to smaller maintenance items that affect only a small area,” he said. “While these projects ultimately enhance the resident experience, it’s our job as the property manager not only to communicate these plans to residents but also to minimize disruption to their daily routines while work is taking place.”

In addition to the plethora of nearby shopping, dining and entertainment options, Fieldpointe is also close to many recreational venues like Busse Woods, several forest preserves, a nature center and a golf course. Residents are served by Schaumburg Central Consolidated School District 54.
