CHARLOTTE, NC - Madison Communities, a subsidiary of Madison Capital Group, announced today that construction has begun on Madison Grove, a 292-unit community in Rockledge, Florida that will feature luxury apartments and carriage homes. Ryan Hanks, CEO of Madison Capital Group, made the announcement.
The new community, located on Rockledge Boulevard, will serve Florida’s Space Coast, a growing region of the Sunshine State known for its vibrant aerospace, engineering and defense industries. Madison Grove’s 292 units will be divided among six, four-story apartment buildings and carriage homes.
