MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Fritz Waldvogel of the Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage closed a $9.9 million Fannie Mae loan for a repeat client for the acquisition of The Ventura Apartment Homes in Mesquite, Teas.
The 111-unit market-rate multifamily property was constructed in 2003 with units located in 10 three-story garden-style buildings. Community amenities include covered parking/garages, on-site management and maintenance, high speed internet, gated and controlled access, fitness center, storage, laundry facilities, swimming pool, clubhouse, and covered common area.
The seven-year term loan and was arranged through a partnership with Old Capital Lending for borrower LM-Ventura LLC.
