SatisFacts, the leading provider of resident surveys focusing on multifamily retention and reputation management, has recognized 96 Lendlease neighborhoods across the country, more than 92% of the entire portfolio, as 2022 SatisFacts Insite® survey score award winners for their high resident satisfaction scores. Awards are based on resident perceptions that the company’s leadership and team members are focused on customer service efforts. Recipients consisted of neighborhoods located at Atlantic Marine Corps Communities, Campbell Crossing, Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, Fort Hood Family Housing, Hickam Communities, Island Palm Communities, Knox Hills, North Haven Communities, Soaring Heights Communities, and Tierra Vista Communities.
