MCLEAN, VA - Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG) announces the promotion of Patty Holt, its longtime Senior Vice President of Property Management, as President of JAG Management Company with overall financial and operating responsibility for the company.
Holt, who joined JAG in 2009, has over 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including the acquisition, lease-up, and disposition of more than 60 communities.
At JAG, she has been responsible for the oversight, direction, and development of all aspects of multi-family operations and also formulates strategy for future business development opportunities. During her tenure, she has been influential in pre-development decisions regarding programming, design, and functionality of new construction communities and will continue to provide strategic vision. JAG Management currently provides management, pre-leasing, and pre-development services for 7,000 luxury conventional units across 10 states along the East Coast with growth to 10,000 units within the next two years.
Her growth impact at JAG has been focused on the optimization of revenue, net operating income, and increased asset value while ensuring the company’s standards are upheld in the areas of financial performance, leasing, marketing, maintenance, compliance, and both employee and resident satisfaction.

Prior to joining JAG, Holt was Director of Real Estate for the Mid-Atlantic region of Greystar Management Services responsible for a portfolio of 26 properties totaling 10,000 units, in addition to serving as Assistant Vice President of Property Management for JPI’s Mid-Atlantic region
