HOUSTON, TX - The Dinerstein Companies (TDC), a full-service real estate and development company, today announces the launch of Atlas, the company’s new multifamily brand specializing in Class-A properties. With this launch, the company has shared plans to enter a new submarket and develop its first two Atlas branded properties, Atlas at The Loop and Atlas Ballpark, in Kissimmee, Florida. In total, the company is set to deliver 664 units in 2024.

Located at 3050 Millennium Way and in close proximity to the area’s outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment destination, The Loop, Atlas at The Loop sits on 19.19 acres and will consist of ten four-story buildings totaling 400 units. Atlas at The Loop will have studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 707 to 1,248-square-feet. Amenities include a fitness center, resort style pool with spa, dog park, passive courtyards, outdoor yoga lawn and clubroom. The property is currently under construction with initial occupancy and leasing slated to begin late summer 2023 and substantial completion in early January 2024.
Located at 1830 Homerun Road, Atlas Ballpark is also conveniently situated within a half mile of The Loop, which boasts over 1,000,000-square-feet of retail. Additionally, the property is two miles from two major employers in the area, Tupperware Brands Corporation and AdventHealth Kissimmee. Atlas at The Loop sits on 9.55 acres and will consist of four four-story buildings and one single-story clubhouse, totaling 356,158-square-feet and 264 units. The apartment community will have studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 605 to 1,375-square-feet. Amenities include a large clubhouse with indoor and outdoor fitness areas, co-working spaces and lounges, a pool, summer kitchen, dog park, pet spa and multiple outdoor recreational areas throughout the property. Construction on Atlas Ballpark began earlier this month and completion is expected in September 2024.
