TULSA, OK - Weidner Apartment Homes, a privately-held global real estate investment and property management company, acquired the multifamily property, 71 at Tulsa Hills Apartments in Tulsa, OK. This acquisition marks Weidner’s fifth property in Tulsa and their 21st community in OK.

71 at Tulsa Hills Apartments was built in 2017 and sits on 21.13 acres with 552 parking spaces. The site offers 329,299 net rentable square feet and holds 341 units. The community is a garden-style property comprising 29 buildings; 13 are three-story apartment buildings, 14 are two-story townhome apartment buildings, one is a one-story building that holds the leasing office and clubhouse, and one is a one-story pool house.
