Since both properties are on E 100th St, Weidner has decided to combine the two into one community that is now called 98 Apartments and will operate out of that location’s leasing office. This acquisition marks Weidner’s second community in Owasso and their 20th property in OK.
The original 98 Apartments is a 14-building mid-rise community on 17.7 acres with 559 parking spaces. The previously named Legacy East Apartments comprises four single-story buildings on 1.83 acres with 34 parking spaces. Both locations were built in 2014, and Legacy East was remodeled in 2019.
