Presidium Expands Presence to Western U.S. Region with Groundbreaking on First New Mexico Multifamily Development Project

DALLAS, TX - Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, has expanded its national footprint to bring best-in-class housing to Santa Fe, New Mexico with the groundbreaking of Presidium Casa Siena. Expected to be complete in Spring 2024, the 171-unit wood-framed multifamily community will feature high-quality amenities that can be enjoyed year-round such as peaceful enclosed courtyards and a curated design that takes advantage of the stimulating culture and landscape.

Located at 5750 Airport Road, the three-story development will feature a range of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with easily accessible surface parking. Additionally, as a workforce multifamily development, 15% of Presidium Casa Siena’s units will be offered at or below 80% of Santa Fe’s median income. The development of Presidium Casa Siena marks the first joint venture with Argosy Real Estate Partners, who brings decades of collective expertise in the commercial real estate sector. Humphreys & Partners Architects was chosen to be the architect, Isaacson & Arfman, Inc. was selected to be the civil engineering firm and Pavilion Construction was awarded the construction contract.

Situated on a spacious six-acre site, community amenities include a club room with co-working and conference areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, exhibition kitchen, a heated resort-style pool with surrounding grill and kitchen spaces, game rooms and two thoughtfully-designed, unique lounge ‘caves’ within private courtyards. Additional community perks will consist of a private dog park with a pet spa, convenient mail and package pickup room, EV charging stations and carports.
