On October 14th, 2022, SPI Advisory (“SPI”) finalized the acquisition of “Skyview North,” a 336-unit, Class A institutional quality garden-style apartment community built earlier this year in the growing North Austin suburb of Hutto, TX. This acquisition serves as the Texas-based firm’s 6th acquisition in the Austin MSA.
