Fogelman Properties Expands Multifamily Investment Team With Appointment of Thomas Henry as Vice President of Acquisitions

MEMPHIS, TN - Fogelman Properties (Fogelman), one of the country’s largest, privately-owned and fully integrated multifamily investment and property management companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Henry as Vice President of Acquisitions.

Henry brings eight years of commercial real estate investment experience to his new role at Fogelman. The VP of acquisitions will be based in Dallas, TX and will focus on securing new multifamily investment opportunities throughout the major Texas markets.

“We’re eager to welcome Thomas to our investment team as we continue to focus on growing our presence in the Texas markets,” said Mike Aiken, SVP of Investments at Fogelman. “He brings both expertise in leading and executing acquisitions and extensive broker, lender and owner relationships across the country.” 

Henry previously served as VP of Investments at StoneRiver Company where he sourced and executed all acquisitions. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Coastal Carolina University and a master's degree in real estate development from Georgetown University.
