Sequoia Equities Completes Acquisition of 105-Unit Align Multifamily Community Located in Seattle-Tacoma Market of Federal Way

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia announces the acquisition of Align, a 105-unit, garden-style apartment community located in Federal Way, Washington. Built in 1991, Align sits on 6.33 acres and consists of 107,448 residential square feet.

The community offers spacious 2 & 3-bedroom, renovated homes that feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers.  Align’s common area amenities are plentiful, as residents enjoy an indoor spa, clubhouse, business center, outdoor pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. With this agreement, Sequoia now manages 16,615 homes across 82 communities.
