For Third Consecutive Year D CEO Recognizes Presidium Among Top Firms Driving Activity and Growth in North Texas Multifamily Market

DALLAS, TX - Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, has been named by D CEO’s Commercial Real Estate Awards Program as a finalist in the ‘Developer of the Year’ category and a finalist in the ‘Best New Multifamily Project’ category for Presidium Frisco Square, an architecturally-savvy 337,000-square-foot residential community situated within one of the most high-profile mixed-use developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex, Frisco Square.

“For the third year in a row, D CEO has recognized Presidium for developing some of the most notable projects and transactions, as well as cultivating an exemplary leadership team that is both knowledgeable and strategic. This honor is a true testament to our company’s ability to strategically pursue ambitious goals and deliver tremendous results in everything we do,” said John Griggs, Presidium Co-Founder and Co-CEO.

After more than 19 years of hard work and dedication, John Griggs and Cross Moceri have led Presidium from its infancy to a firm that now manages a nationwide portfolio valued at approximately $2 billion AUM. With more than 300 employees in 29 collaborative environments, their efforts have resulted in Presidium expanding from Dallas into seven new markets, transforming over 50 communities nationwide, and creating sustainable housing for thousands of Americans.

“It’s no secret these past two years have been filled with uncertainty as we faced a global pandemic and wavering market conditions. However, it offered us the chance to grow in many ways, to create new flexibilities to support our team members and has presented the opportunity to accelerate cultural change and positive transformation for our residents,” added Griggs.

Designed by Dallas-based O’Brien Architects, Presidium Frisco Square’s aesthetic approach was driven by three different types of architecture: American Classic, Mercantile and Spanish Mission, which are uniquely incorporated throughout the community. With its first units expected to be delivered in June 2023, Presidium Frisco Square will offer a total of 368 apartment homes equipped with modern features such as keyless entry, Ecobee thermostats with built-in Alexa capabilities, smart light switches and energy-efficient appliances. Presidium Frisco Square will also feature an abundance of community-centric amenities including a 13,000-square-foot leasing office that encompasses a club room, cinema lounge, golf simulator, theatre room, ultramodern fitness center, co-working lounge, an outdoor pavilion, a rooftop terrace overlooking a resort-style pool and more.

Launched in 2013, D CEO’s annual program recognizes outstanding projects, deals and industry players. The selected finalists represent many of the region’s largest transactions and developments, but also several smaller deals that are poised to be game-changers in their industries or neighborhoods.
