NRP Group Wins Multifamily Development Firm of the Year
NAHB National Multifamily Housing Industry Award Competition


Cleveland, OH (March 19, 2009) - The National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) awarded The NRP Group LLC with Multifamily Development Firm of the Year at the annual Pillars of the Industry Awards program held March 18, 2009 in San Diego, California. The NAHB Pillar Awards promotes excellence in apartment and condo design, development, marketing and management and are considered "the most prestigious and coveted multifamily recognition program of its kind and a showcase of future trends in successful multifamily housing".

NRP Principal J. David Heller was on hand at the ceremony to accept the award for The NRP Group and Co-Principals Al Scott and T. Richard Bailey. "This esteemed award confirms NRP's place as a leader and pioneer in multifamily housing. This is truly an honor since we are the smallest company to win Multifamily Development Firm of the Year in the history of the Pillars," said Heller. "We are honored to have been in such a respected group of finalists including Gables Residential (Atlanta), Kettler (McLean VA), and The DSF Group (Waltham MA)."

Winners were selected for superior achievement in 28 categories of awards, including Multifamily Development Firm of the Year.
