Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of 266-Unit Thayer Point Multifamily Community Located in Thriving Central Texas Market of Killeen

KILLEEN, TX – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has arranged the sale of Thayer Point, a 266-unit multifamily apartment community located in Killeen, Texas. John Carr and Ben Fuller of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Killeen MFD, LLC, in the transaction.
