ALLEN, TX - Weidner Apartment Homes, a real estate investment and property management company, acquired the community Magnolia on The Green Apartments in Allen, TX, from RPM Property Management on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. Weidner is recognized industry-wide as an efficient provider of quality rental homes and a creative developer of new housing. This acquisition marks Weidner’s second community in Allen, seventh property in the Dallas metro, and 31st property in Texas.

The community was built in 2020, holds 326-units, provides 493 parking spaces, and sits on 7.02 acres. This expansive property resembles a hybrid architectural design featuring a four-story wrap apartment building with a structured parking garage in combination with a three-story garden-style product with tucked-under garages, providing an array of living options.

Magnolia on The Green Apartments is located at 1845 Chelsea Blvd, Allen, TX 75013, in Collin County and about 35-minutes north of downtown Dallas. The community is right along the 121 Corridor and North of the US 75 Central Expressway, providing access to over 100,000 jobs within a three-mile radius and an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. Nearby shopping includes Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, Allen Premium Outlets, Fairview Town Center, and The Village at Allen.
