Weidner Apartment Homes Expands in Dallas Metro With Acquisition of 232-Unit The Crosby at The Brickyard Apartment Community

FARMERS BRANCH, TX - Weidner Apartment Homes, a real estate investment and property management company, acquired the apartment community, The Crosby at The Brickyard in Farmers Branch, TX, on December 20, 2021. This acquisition marks Weidner’s first property in Farmers Branch, sixth community in the Dallas metro, and 30th property in Texas.
