SALT LAKE CITY, UT - Weidner Apartment Homes, a real estate investment and property management company, acquired the community Citifront Apartments in Salt Lake City, UT. The property was previously managed by Bridge Property Management and was sold by CBRE. This acquisition marks Weidner’s fourth community in Salt Lake City and their sixth property in Utah.
Citifront is a part of a four-story mix-use development that holds three retailers and 166 residential units. The community was built in 2003, sits on 3.31 acres, and offers seven different floor plans of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes ranging in sizes between 345 to 1,081 square feet. Citifront shares a parking structure with another Weidner property, Bridges Apartment Homes. By acquiring Citifront, Weiner now has full management of the entire site and will take responsibility for the area’s security and shared parking structure.
