MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage, part of Colliers International | U.S., recently closed a $7.3 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Windcrest Village II, a 93-unit market-rate multifamily apartment property located in Spencer, Iowa.
The pet-friendly property was constructed in 2020 and includes a fitness center, dog park, elevators, community center, in-unit laundry and on-site management.
The 7-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower, of Windcrest Village II, LLC.
