MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Atlanta office of Colliers Mortgage, part of Colliers International | U.S., recently closed a $2.6 million Fannie Mae supplemental loan for Lanier Terrace Apartment Homes, a 96-unit market rate multifamily housing property located in Gainesville, Georgia.
The pet-friendly property was constructed in 1960 and renovated in 2020, with the 96 units located throughout 10 three-story buildings, with an additional on-site leasing office and laundry facility.
The underlying original 10-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged in 2020 for borrower, Lanier Terrace Apartments LLC, an affiliate of Amity Companies, LLC.
