In his new role, Pruitt will spearhead all operational activities, including overseeing project managers and conducting monthly project team meetings. In addition, he will be responsible for working closely with project teams to facilitate the adherence of safety guidelines, ensuring quality construction and managing scheduling and costs.

Pruitt joined KWA Construction in 2013 as a Project Manager. He will begin his transition to the Director of Operations role immediately and will now play a more pronounced role in the field, providing integral support for project teams and helping them deliver the standard of excellence and values that KWA’s clients have come to expect.
