Notable City officials were be in attendance to mark this milestone including Mayor of the City of Stamford, David Martin, as well as Mike Maturo, President and Founding Managing Partner at RXR Realty, Joanne Minieri, SEVP, Chief Operating Officer of RCS & RDS at RXR Realty and real estate developer Louis Cappelli.
Located at 405 Atlantic Street, the development provides a bustling lifestyle experience to residents and visitors in the heart of Stamford. The transformative project consists of two residential towers, office and retail spaces with tenants including Dogtopia- the largest pet care facility in North America- as well as nationally-recognized early childhood facility, The Learning Experience.
Atlantic Station West is comprised of 325 studio-, one- and two-bedroom rental units and 48,000 square feet of retail space.
The first tower of Atlantic Station was completed in January 2018 and includes 325 studio-, one- and two-bedroom rental units, 34,000 square feet of retail space, 30,000 square feet office space and 333 parking spaces. It is currently at over 96% occupancy.
RXR Realty launched pre-leasing efforts at Atlantic Station West in April.
